Alongside teaching Pilates, Jo is a Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer and Spinning Instructor. Jo has also been an official Sweaty Betty Ambassador since 2015. She lives and breathes her favourite brand and is always happy to offer her advice!

BarreNicole started dancing from a young age then continued her training professionally at Performance Preparation Academy (PPA) graduating with a diploma in Musical Theatre. She then when on to train in group exercise and qualify in Barre. She now works professionally as a dancer, dance teacher and fitness instructor.
Nicole loves how barre incorporates dance and fitness and loves that it helps people feel strong and have a good sweat.
