Join Simi for a deeply immersive and restorative afternoon of healing vibrations, gentle movement, and nurturing presence. Simi is an intuitive guide and healer who alchemizes energy through her passion for Sound Baths, channelling Reiki, and holding space for deep rest.
Our two-hour journey begins in the sanctuary with guided breathwork and intention setting, inviting clarity around what you wish to receive. You’ll then be led through a slow and restorative yoga flow — a sequence of deeply supported postures designed to soften the body, calm the nervous system, and create spaciousness within. This gentle movement prepares the mind and body to fully open to the vibrations of sound.
From this place of ease, you’ll be guided into stillness and bathed in a magical sound journey with the earthy, grounding gong, crystal bowls, ancient Tibetan bowls, and other healing instruments. Join Owen as he dives into proper Reformer Pilates technique to help you elevate your practice. You’ll learn expert tips, clear cues, and clever tricks tailored specifically to your ability and posture, helping you overcome challenges on the machine and progress your form and function with confidence.
This immersive workshop runs for 2 hours with 16 clients total — just 2 clients per machine. Bring a friend and enjoy sharing a machine together! This unique setup allows you not only to perform the movements, but also to observe others, which helps us learn and integrate skills at a deeper level. And don’t worry — you won’t be working hard for a full two hours. While you will move, this workshop is far more about learning than sweating.
Owen won’t just demonstrate technique — he’ll provide individual instruction, personally adjusting and tailoring movements to your body and needs whenever required.

Give yourself the gift of extra time on the mat with this 90-minute extended practice, thoughtfully designed to help you unwind from the week and transition into the next with a calmer, steadier rhythm. Ayesha will guide you through a mindful, breath-led flow to gently release tension and create space throughout the body.
