If you didn’t already know, my wife Rose and I also own The Queens Head in Farnham, and we have both been vegan for 8 years. At the pub, we offer an extensive vegan menu alongside our usual menu, and we are proud to be a vegan destination for Surrey/Hampshire.
I’m deeply passionate about protecting our Earth, reducing suffering — both human and animal — and raising our vibration through movement and diet. In collaboration with The Queens Head, I have started The Vegan Club, meeting once a month in Farnham.
This passion project is an opportunity for vegans to connect, for the curious to explore and learn, and for everyone to enjoy incredible food and company — everyone is welcome.

Traditionally associated with vitality, abundance, visibility, and expansion, it invites us to pause and recognise what is flourishing in our lives, whilst also asking whether what we are building is truly sustainable, nourishing, and aligned.
This year’s Solstice is layered with the First Quarter Moon in Libra and the Sun moving into Cancer, adding a beautiful depth to the experience. Whilst the Solstice itself brings themes of growth, confidence, and outward expression, the Libra Moon reminds us that expansion means very little if it comes at the expense of balance, connection, or emotional wellbeing. This lunar energy asks us to reassess the relationship between ambition and harmony, independence and support, giving and receiving.
At the same time, the Sun’s movement into Cancer shifts the collective energy from external momentum into emotional nourishment, softness, home, intuition, and nervous system care. Together, these energies create a powerful invitation to not only celebrate how far you’ve come, but to reconnect to the foundations holding you there.
Over the course of this extended immersive class, you’ll be guided through an astrology-led yoga flow designed to help you physically and energetically integrate this seasonal shift. Through breath, intentional movement, and nervous system regulation, you’ll be supported to release tension, reconnect to your body, and create space to honour both your growth and your emotional needs. This grounding practice supports the transition from the heightened energy of Solstice into the softer, more intuitive waters of Cancer season.
From this embodied space, Charlotte will guide you deeper into the astrological themes shaping this moment, helping you explore how these current energies may be activating your own life, relationships, emotional wellbeing, purpose, and sense of balance. Together, you’ll reflect on where life may be asking for recalibration, courage, softness, or support, whilst creating space for deeper self-awareness and intentional alignment moving into the second half of the year.

Join Owen for a 90-minute class designed to ease tired muscles, release tension, and restore balance to both body and mind. Using foam rollers and guided stretching, you’ll roll out sore muscles and release deep muscular and fascial tightness.
Coupled with mindful breathing to deepen each stretch, this practice not only supports flexibility but also activates your rest-and-repair nervous system—encouraging self-healing, replenishment, and rejuvenation.
Unlike traditional stretching that can sometimes feel like hard work, this class offers a gentle, flowing sequence with no “hard” poses or exercises—just simple techniques to help you unwind, reset, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more at ease.

Join Simona Mill for a deeply immersive and restorative afternoon of healing vibrations, gentle movement, and nurturing presence. Simona is an intuitive guide and healer who alchemises energy through her passion for Sound Baths, channelling Reiki, and holding space for deep rest.
This two-hour journey begins in the sanctuary with guided breathwork and intention setting, inviting clarity around what you wish to receive. You’ll then be led through a slow, restorative yoga flow — a sequence of deeply supported postures designed to soften the body, calm the nervous system, and create spaciousness within. This gentle movement prepares the mind and body to fully open to the vibrations of sound.
From this place of ease, you’ll be guided into stillness and bathed in a magical sound journey featuring the earthy, grounding gong, crystal bowls, ancient Tibetan bowls, and other healing instruments. Together, the restorative flow and sound immersion will lull you into a profound state of inner peace, balance, and harmony between your inner and outer worlds.
